We’ve got 100 pumpkins ready to be painted, along with all the supplies—all you need to bring is yourself and your family! We’ll start with one pumpkin per family, and if we have extras, you can paint a second or even a third until they’re all gone.
Students - Sign up for SAFE and join us on Tuesday. Parents and family members can sign in at the front office starting at 3:00 PM, and the painting fun runs from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.

A traffic incident occurred at Rosemary Clarke Middle School during dismissal today involving Bus 14 while leaving the parking lot, resulting in a collision between the car and the bus.
We want to immediately reassure you that no injuries have been reported, and all students and staff are safe. We are currently waiting on a replacement bus from the Transportation Department to get our kids home safely, so drop offs will be delayed.

We are writing to address rumors currently circulating on social media regarding a potential safety threat at Rosemary Clarke Middle School scheduled for tomorrow.
Please be assured that the safety and security of our students and staff are our highest priorities. As soon as we were made aware of these social media posts, school administration immediately partnered with the Nye County Sheriff's Office to conduct a thorough investigation. The safety and security of our students and staff are our highest priorities. I am writing to inform you that J.G. Johnson Elementary, Pahrump Valley High School (PVHS), Mt. Charleston Elementary, and Pathways Innovative Education have all been placed on a precautionary LOCKDOWN protocol at the request of the Nye County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO).
The Sheriff’s Office requested this protocol while addressing an incident report. Please be assured that this situation is ongoing, but all students and staff are safe and secure inside their respective school buildings.
During a Lockdown procedure, regular classroom activities pause, all exterior and interior doors are locked, and hallway traffic is restricted so emergency response personnel can effectively manage the surrounding neighborhood. No entry or exit from any of the affected campuses is permitted at this time. Please do not attempt to travel to any of the school sites, as access is strictly restricted for everyone's safety.
We are in constant communication with law enforcement and will send an update as soon as the Sheriff's Office clears the area and lifts the protocol. Thank you for your patience, trust, and cooperation as we keep our schools safe.
